Wow Joe,

That is the best report I have ever seen.  Thanks for heading out there
on short notice.  You saved my client a lot of hassle by getting this
done quickly and coming up with a great report.  Neither one of us were
aware of the potential shrinkage problem that can happen in a log home.
It looks like this could be a 1 in 100,000 homes problem...but it was
nice to have the detailed report to understand what was happening. There
is a whole host of problems that would be centered around that problem
trying to be fixed in the middle of the home.     

You saved my client some big money and gave me a chance to save him
money on some of the other purchase agreement details because you were
able to get out there quickly.
