Joe of Right Home Inspections performed a home inspection on the house I recently purchased in the Becker area. From the day that I called him to the moment he did the inspection, he was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and passionate about his work.
One thing I really liked was how he was willing to do the inspection on short notice.
I also appreciated the opportunity to have met with him at the end of the inspection so he could go over any of the items of concern. Then later that day he emailed me his official report. The report was very thorough, and it listed everything that we went over during our inspection.

Joe has been a fantastic find for us! He was able to re-arrange his schedule and make an appointment almost immediately to inspect a foreclosure home we were offering on. He emailed us the contract, and walked me through doing an on line signature as this lady has never done that before. We knew immediately the cost and what he would provide.
He has proved to be very thorough in his inspection. We were impressed he even removed suspicious sheetrock in the garage to discover where two water pipes had burst, been repaired, but not insulated again. We would never have thought to check that out and could have had an unpleasant surprise this winter. He took the time to trace all the lines and check every outlet and GFI. Joe took over 2 hours in his inspection, he was on the roof, in the attic of both the house and the detached garage. He spent an additional hour and a half going over all his findings with the realtor and ourselves, room by room, and then the entire perimeter of the property.
He even had to make a second trip as the electricity and gas had been shut off from the time we saw the property to the time we needed an inspection done. No extra charge for his time going out and not being able to conduct an inspection. He worked his schedule around again, so that we could have an inspection that would not put me driving back to our home, a good distance away, in the dark.
Now we are using Joe as a resource to find a good taper to help us in the basement of our home when we close.
Again, we give Joe and Right Home Inspections a 5 star rating.
